The precautions for installing LED light strips will be introduced by the low-voltage light strip manufacturer.
1. Do not turn on the LED light strip when the entire roll of LED light strip is not detached from the packaging or piled up in a ball;
2. When cutting the LED light strip according to the on-site installation length, the light strip can only be cut at the marked area with scissors; 3. When connecting the power supply or connecting two light strips in series, first bend the head of the colorful lamp to the left and right, so that the wires inside the lamp strip are exposed by about 2-3mm. Use scissors to cut them clean without leaving any burrs, and then use a male needle to connect them to avoid short circuits;
4. Only LED seven color light strips with the same specifications and voltage can be connected in series with each other, and the total length of the connection cannot exceed the maximum allowable usage length;
5. When LED light strips are connected in series with each other, try to light up one section for each section, in order to timely detect whether the positive and negative poles are connected incorrectly and whether the direction of light emitted from each section of the light strip is consistent;
6. The end of the light strip must be covered with a PVC tail plug, tightened with a clamp, and then sealed around the interface with neutral glass adhesive to ensure reliability;
7. Due to the single guide electrical nature of LEDs, if a power cord with an AC/DC converter is used, a power on test should be conducted first after completing the power connection to ensure that the positive and negative poles are correctly connected before putting it into use.
